Attenborough artists develop their imagination, creativity and their ability to use media and materials, helping them to represent and understand their own feelings and ideas. Their sketch book is a window into their art journey where the skills of design, making, evaluation and application are explored.
We follow and use the resources from the CUSP (Curriculum with Unity Schools Partnership) scheme of learning for Art & Design. Year group units of study are carefully tailored to support the development and learning needs of all imaginations. In addition, the scheme of learning supports teachers to assess pupil outcomes with exemplars provided, plus support videos modelling technique and skill development.
