In our school we promote a strong ethos of a Growth Mindset. All of our learners understand mistake making as part of the learning process and this is demonstrated through the Learning Pit model. We work hard to encourage our learners to develop a resilience to learning, to take risks and to challenge themselves every day. There is also a great sense of achievement when our learners have their very own ‘Eureka’ moment.
